Office Hours
Our office is open 7 days per week during the following times. We charge by the calendar day inclusively, so you can pick-up and drop off your pet anytime during open hours.

10am – 11am Monday to Saturday
Closed public holidays
As we are fully booked during these times, more time is spent with our guests and therefore we close our office on all public holidays and as such do not accept any check-ins or checkouts on these days. Our office is closed during all Queensland public holidays, which are: New Years Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Labour Day, Queens Birthday, Gold Coast Show Holiday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Easter
We close the office the entire Easter weekend. A minimum 6 day charge and stay is required, with the last check-in day being the Thursday before Easter and checking out anytime after Easter Tuesday.
Christmas
A minimum 11 day payment is required for bookings including the Christmas and New Years period. The office is closed throughout this period but you are welcome to pick-up or drop off your pet(s) by appointment, excluding the public holidays. A minimum 11 day charge will still apply.
