Yes, we are very proud of our facility and welcome inspections between 10 – 11am Monday to Saturday.
How old does my pet have to be?
The average age is over 16 weeks, at least 2 weeks after all the puppy/kitten vaccinations have been administered.
What vaccinations are required?
We require all 3 puppy/kitten vaccinations plus any annual vaccination which are C5 or above for a dog and an F3 or above for a cat.
My pet is only a few days overdue with its vaccination, can I still bring him/her?
No, we are very strict with all vaccinations and will not risk the health of any pet in our care. We will only accept current vaccinations.
Does my pet have to be spayed or neutered?
We only accept desexed cats and prefer all dogs be desexed but we will accept non desexed dogs if they are not in season and not aggressive towards other dogs or humans.
What do you do in case of illness or injury?
It is very rare, but accidents occur, if it is a scratch we will administer general first aid. If it is more serious such as two dogs fighting from the same family we will seek veterinary attention as soon as possible. We will always endeavour to contact you to let you know what is happening.
Why is my pet tired when he comes home?
Often your pet will sleep for the first few days after returning home. This behaviour is natural and occurs due to the activity and excitement while on holiday.
Why is my dog thirsty when she comes home?
Water is available at all times but playing and being excited causes a lot of panting which can de-hydrate your pet, so we recommend extra water at home after a few hours of settling back in. Don’t let your pet gulp to much water as it may cause vomiting, so a few ice cubes can help.
Should I bring anything for my pet?
It is not necessary for you to bring anything. We will provide beds, blankets, food, water and treats but if you are in deluxe or luxury you may bring a blanket and toy if you wish.
Do I need to bring my own food?
No, we feed the highest quality Super Premium Royal Canin dry food that your pet will love.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, it is best to book prior to staying as we may be booked out or cannot accept you if we don’t have all vaccination or pet details. |
